2020 COVID -19
Due to the current COVID-19 circumstances, the BGL Student Support Team is assisting students via email BGLStudent@canberra.edu.au. For complex matters, virtual appointments are available.
Please note, our peak period is Orientation Week to Week 5 and there may be limited virtual appointment availability during this time due to high demand.
If you would like to avoid the appointment queue, there are a number of queries which we can assist with more quickly via email, such as confirming study plans, graduation eligibility, and checking if you have room in your study plan to undertake a cross-institutional unit or internship. If you are unsure whether your question requires an appointment, please email BGLStudent@canberra.edu.au and we can assist you.
If you would like to book a virtual appointment with an advisor, please visit the booking a virtual appointment information page for instructions.
Please stay safe and well during this time.
Should you wish to make any compliments or offer any suggestions as to how we can improve our service, please email BGLStudent@canberra.edu.au
