2021 Course Advice

The BGL Student Support Team are assisting students via email

We are also providing drop in, face to face course advice at the Student Centre, Building 1 (you will need to take a Faculty of BGL ticket from the machine - noting that wait times vary during peak periods). 
Monday to Wednesday 10am to 12 noon.
This service is extended to Thursday and Friday 10am to 12 noon of Orientation and Week 1 for Semester 2. 
**The face to face service will be closed in week 8 & 9 of Semester 2 2021. 

For complex matters, virtual appointments are available (online via our virtual room). Please note, our peak period is Orientation Week to Week 5 and there may be limited virtual appointment availability during this time due to high demand. 

If you would like to avoid the appointment queue, there are a number of queries which we can assist with more quickly via email, such as confirming study plans, graduation eligibility, and checking if you have room in your study plan to undertake a cross-institutional unit or internship.  If you are unsure whether your question requires an appointment, please email and we can assist you.
